Our work is comprised of supporting leaders within Client Service & Support and conducting analysis for other enterprises across the company. The candidate will identify and interpret trends and patterns in datasets, conduct call studies and make recommendations based on business data. You must be a strong strategic thinker with the ability to influence business partners. Our team thrives in a fast paced environment that depends on workflow prioritization and delivering on critical timelines. The ability to quickly adapt to new challenges each day will be crucial to your success. You will be responsible for managing and conducting all phases of in-depth data analysis: planning, compilation, validation, focused listening/sampling and presentation building in the form of decks, dashboards, PDF or document.
Skills and experience:
College degree with desired experience in analytics, economics, data science, statistics, visualization, business intelligence or similar fields.
Familiarity with the financial services industry & particularly PSS’s products and services is helpful but not required.
Ability to self-manage multiple projects at one time with exceptional problem solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate with all levels of leadership across the company.
